Decadent Beverly Hills Manse Has Screening Room, Fake Butler

New, 2 comments

Architect Wallace Neff is said to be the father of California-style building, and it doesn't get any more California, so to speak, than an $17.995M estate in Beverly Hills. As Curbed LA reports, the manse was built in the '50s but restored just last year, sporting four bedrooms, six bathrooms and a formal dining room. Things that will impress movie-industry pals: pool and spa overlooking Century City, professional screening room and lifelike full-size statue of a butler.
