Last week, five of six Operation Dollhouse participants—House Beautiful, Lonny, Elle Decor, Dwell, and Arch Digest—submitted photos of their completed dollhouses. Now it looks like HGTV has picked up Martha Stewart Living's slack—you may recall the network's kind offer to build Curbed National a miniature garden to complement all the inwardly focused homes. Well, this just in: an email from director of digital programming Kelley Walters. "The garden's done and photographed," she writes. "We're just waiting for our photo editor to finish them up." Walters sent the sneak-peak photo above—not really sure exactly what we're looking at here, but yes, those do seem to be miniature pillows (presumably with indoor/outdoor applications). Click through additional photos of Team Op.Doll hard at work on HGTV's design blog, Design Happens, and be sure to check back in with Curbed National tomorrow, when the finished project will be published in all its glory.
