Today, Curbed LA reports on the LA Times coverage of actress Diane Keaton's hearty heaping of luck: two of her properties in the LA area seem to have sold. One such property, a Beverly Hills Spanish Colonial Revival with 9,000 square feet, was most recently listed for $10.95M—what Glee creator Ryan Murphy bought it for has yet to be publicized. It's also the house that was recently featured in a poll on Fab Over 50—that certain blog for women of a certain age—in which readers were asked to choose which of three celebrity homes they'd most like to buy. Keaton's home ran a distant second to Christie Brinkley's Hamptons manse, pulling in only 35 percent of the vote. Perhaps that's because Keaton's real-life kitchen will never, ever compare to the one that Beth Rubino designed for the set of Something's Gotta Give. In any event, it was Joan Rivers's Connecticut home that trailed behind with only 8 percent of the votes. Worse than a supermodel but better than Joan Rivers...seems 'bout where you wanna be, anyway.
