Shoe designer Stuart Weitzman just purchased two condos on New York's Upper West Side, gaining a total of four bedrooms and more than 3,800 square feet. All in all, he paid $12.9M—in footwear-speak, that would be 6.45 pairs of the $2M shoes he once created out of 28 carats of diamonds and 185 carats of rare Tanzanite. [WSJ]
