Alexandra Champalimaud's Wide Open Loft the Real Macau

Yesterday we published the interiors of the penthouse suite at The Fairmont San Francisco, a luxurious space dressed by designer Alexandra Champalimaud. Well, this morning, photos of her own NYC loft went live on New York Social Diary's House column. It's basically a ginormous loft, exposed ceiling beams and all, that Champalimaud has separated into four distinct seating areas. Pieces of interest: an oversize dining table, a bed canopy of her own design, various pieces from her native Portugal, a smattering of Chinese elements (some artwork, an Art Deco rug, and 18th-century carved panels, among others), and antiques scooped up in Westchester and Connecticut. Have a look above.
