How Elle Decor's Newly Appointed Design Director Does Stripes

As we've reported, there's Project Runway stripes and there's Design Star stripes. But then there's Elle Decor stripes—masterfully curated in the Sept. issue by none other than Anita Sarsidi, who was promoted from design and decoration editor to design director when former executive editor Michael Boodro was promoted to Margaret Russell's EIC spot.
