The interior of SugarHouse, the City of Brotherly Love's first casino, boasts an "origami"-like ceiling with "a few ducts and wires and a few triangular panels." The carpets, meanwhile, are "set on a diagonal which offset the ceiling in terms of the origami and the grid"; while different spaces throughout are meant to mimic the fact that "Philadelphia's a city of neighborhoods or pockets." With this sort of scheme, who needs urban planners? [WHYY.org]
