We looked at the homes of ex-fashion editors a few weeks ago, those of current shelter-mag editors last week, and now New York's design editor Wendy Goodman manages to combine the two, venturing into the NYC apartment of Mary Jane Pool, former editor in chief of House & Garden and former executive editor of Vogue. Described as "one of the spriest 86-year-olds you will ever meet," Pool hosts weekly bridge games around an 18-century French card table covered in gold velvet. Just splendid.
