Home-furnishings behemoth Kravet has plans to rescue Brunschwig & Fils from bankruptcy, offering $6.5M for the venerable century-old fabrics and wallcoverings firm. Brunschwig has just filed a Chapter 11 petition to see if anyone else wants to buy them, setting a deadline of March 3. [Bloomberg]
