British Beach Shack Takes the "Small-Living" Thing to the Max

With the National Association of Homebuilders' report on the small-building trend making waves stateside, it was no surprise to see this little cutie pie (one of 15 in a development) pop up in Britain's Daily Mail today. The timber-walled dwelling totals 600 square feet, sits across the street from a parking lot, and needs "general improvement and updating," according to the listing agent. Oh, and if you also want to buy Eype Beach, which the community overlooks, that'll cost $1.60—yes, one dollar and 60 cents—on top of the house's outrageous $320K ask.
