Today The Real Estalker brings word that author and activist Gore Vidal has listed the Hollywood Hills home that he purchased for $149,500 in 1977. Well, 1977 was a far more tumultuous time politically in Vidal's life; now that he's reached his 80s perhaps he should sit back, relax, and enjoy the $3.495M he's asking for. By the looks of the listing photos, it's likely that the decor hasn't been updated since the '70s—is that a fresco on the living room ceiling? We daresay the whole scheme looks a little stuffy and overly buttoned-up, and we dare wonder whether William F. Buckley would like the place.
