Rapper 50 Cent Has 21 Questions Why His House Can't Sell

New, 3 comments

The 52-room Farmington, Conn., estate that rapper 50 Cent tried to sell for $18.5M in 2007 is back on the market, this time with a different listing agent, for a paltry $9.99M. As Luxist notes, the 17-acre property has had a tumultuous go at it, despite its casino-like list of amenities that includes a night club, countless fitness facilities, and personal helicopter pad. Just a guess, but those interiors that resemble a Marriott conference room don't really explain the $6M that Fiddy spent renovating the place. Photos above.
