New Theory About Stephen Drucker's Departure

Today Gawker presents an alternate theory to the notion that Stephen Drucker left Town & Country by his own volition last week; namely, Drucker likes Ina Garten, aka The Barefoot Contessa, way too much. According to Drucker's longtime partner, certain important people were less than impressed that Drucker put Garten on the cover of the December T&C—after making her contributing food editor during his tenure at House Beautiful, no less. In other words: a fancy way of saying "they needed a change." [Gawker; previously]
