Party girl Lindsay Lohan has just left rehab! Oh wait, that's not the news. The news is this: upon leaving rehab, Version Five, Lohan settled into a 3,100-square-foot townhouse rental in Venice, Calif., that so happens to neighbor the home of ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Sharing a block with the person you shared a tumult-ridden relationship with? Probably not the best idea for someone who's also facing battery charges. Those poor, poor double-height ceilings will never know what hit them.
