Today The New York Observer announces the 11 magazine covers they'd like to see in 2011—you know, Kate Middleton front and center on Vogue, and so on. They've nominated Food Network host Sandra Lee for the cover of Good Housekeeping, mentioning that shelter rags will all be vying to see how the new first lady of New York handles the whole "gubernatorial tablescape" responsibility. Why Good Housekeeping, though? Because she keeps the house so, so good. [NYO; previously]
