"It's gorgeous and surprisingly affordable," gushes the merry tipster who sent us the listing for Danny Bonaduce's Philly townhouse. "Who knew that the Douchman had such great taste?" As it often tends to go with child stars, ol' Bonaduce has had some up-down-luck in the real estate game. According to Trulia, he bought the four-story, 2,360-square-foot Old City loft for $399K in 2009 and is looking to unload it for $475K now that his syndicated radio gig was canceled. The space, with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, caught the attention of DIY Network, which filmed the kitchen renovation for one of last year's episodes of Kitchen Impossible. Meanwhile, his Los Angeles Spanish Villa continues to languish on the market, most recently listed for $4.2M in April 2008 and now asking a lowly $3.5M. The curse of the Danny Bonaduce debauchery, perhaps?
