Because nothing says you need to buy this house immediately quite like needles, California real estate agent Michael Gardner has devised a novel strategy to capture the attention of agents and prospective buyers at an open house next week: he's going to raffle off $300 worth of botox treatments, the opportunity to test drive a fancy Audi car, and Thai massages, all while partygoers snack on fare from a gourmet food truck. Kind of weird, because the Beverly Hills listing (asking $8.499M) has been live on Redfin for, like, a second, and the Mediterranean-style manse actually looks pretty phenomenal on its own, even if you take away the facial treatments and meals on wheels: six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a huge pool, and a spa for 12 people. Admitting to the gimmick factor, Gardner told AOL Real Estate that he'll also consider "having attractive women rolling cigars, golf-swing lessons and a wine-tasting bar." Whatever works, bro!
