Jack Nicholson Unloads Ranch For as Good as He Can Get

New, 2 comments

Easy rider Jack Nicholson has sold his ranch-style Malibu, Calif., property for $3.5M, quite a steep discount from the $4.25M he wanted when he first listed it in Feburary. The actor—who's just been tapped for a supporting role in the new Jackie Robinson biopic—bought the 70-acre property in 1977; it boasts a 2,300-square-foot main house with three bedrooms, two baths, and maid's quarters, not to mention a pool, tennis court, cabana, and putting green. While certainly a loss to Nicholson's expansive real estate portfolio, things may just even out: he's rumored to be in the market for a very expensive NYC duplex.
