Here, Buy a Dome Home Smack in the Middle of the Desert

Rectilinear houses: such a fail! This dome house—not to be confused, of couse, with the Dune House featured here a couple of weeks ago—is a 2,400-square-foot, three-bedroom residence in the central-Arizona town of Dewey. Built in 2004, the place is asking $185K (with discounts for cash buyers), and, according to the listing, it's not only, ahem, "unusual" but energy efficient, as well. Looks kind of cool, if egg-shaped dwellings from alien lands are your thing.
