Lambertson and Truex List AD-Published Apartment

Have a nomination for a jaw-dropping listing that would make a mighty fine House of the Day? Get thee to the tipline and send us your suggestions. We'd love to see what you've got.

Location: New York, N.Y.
Price: $1,650,000
The Skinny: When accessories designers Richard Lambertson and John Truex told Architectural Digest of the trials and tribulations that went in to renovating their co-op on NYC's lovely Sutton Place, we couldn't have suspected they'd be looking to unload the place so soon. After all, that article just published in the October 2011 issue. But the Tiffany & Co. execs have just listed the object of their toil, an art-filled two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in an Emery Roth building, for $1.65M. Highlights include a sleek new kitchen, a subway-tiled master bath, a subdued brown den, and plenty of closet space. Too bad the bold red paint in Lambertson's closet didn't make the listing photos. Be sure to check it out over at Arch Digest.
