And sell it has; Curbed LA has discovered that the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 11,000-square-foot house, which hit the market in June 2010, has just closed escrow at $7.15M, some $5M under the initial $12M ask. They also notice that the brokerbabble is full of superlatives such as "dream," "amazing," "gorgeous," "coveted," "work of art," "opulent," and "rivaled by none." Just to mention a few. Interesting that someone with exactly a bazillion home lines doesn't have more decorated listing photos.
