We love Photoshopping Ed Hardy logos onto greenery as much as the next guy, but two Christian Audigier California properties on the market simultaneously may be one skull too many. First there's the fashion designer's gaudily decorated property in L.A.'s Hancock Park, which hit the market in October and has since been PriceChopped down to $7.65M. Now Realtor.com learns that Audigier's Topanga, Calif., hacienda has also been listed. The ranch, built in the '30s, sits on more than three acres filled with oak, pine, and olive trees, a stream, a vineyard, four guest houses, and a converted chap. And according to the brokerbabble, this place is fancy: it was decorated by a "prominent Parisian decorator" and played host to "famous celebrities of the '30s and '40s." Guys, neato! Anyway, Audigier bought the place for $2.15M a few years ago and is now trying to unload it for $3.299M.
