Back in August, we marveled at the absurdly high maintenance for this three-bedroom flat in NYC's Carlyle Hotel. The hotel is charging $38K per month to keep up this 3,000-square-foot apartment. That's, ahem, $456K per year. That high sum didn't faze Paramount Pictures CEO and Chairman Brad Grey. The Hollywood exec paid $15.5M for the apartment, which enjoys spectacular views of Central Park and the midtown skyline. This is certainly one Bronx boy who's made good.
