The famously bald, famously germaphobic comedian-turned-host Howie Mandel has just listed his waterfront compound in Malibu for $7.25M. The Deal or No Deal talking head purchased the property for $3M back in July 2006, according to The Real Estalker, and knocked down an existing house to built this nearly 6,000-square-foot, Douglas Burdge-designed, Nantucket-inspired seaside mansion. Mandel's obsessive habits seem to extend to the listing photos, where not a blade of grass appears out of place.
