One of the men better known as "Bond, James Bond," Pierce Brosnan, is rumored to have finally secured a contract on his old beach house on Malibu's Broad Beach. We say "old" because the famously good-looking actor has just completed a brand-new, super-green mansion on the same stretch of sand. We hope he left plenty of money in the bank to pay for the new construction, because his old place (above) underwent a serious price chop—down to $2.79M from $3.9M—before selling for an unknown amount. Some of the buyer hesitation might be due to concerns over the stability of the Broad Beach bluffs, which have taken a beating from the sea in recent years.
