This might be Curbed National, but that doesn't mean we never venture outside the borders of the ol' U.S. and A. In fact, some of our favorite listings come from somewhere other than the United States. Here are 10 of the best foreign listings we turned up in 2011. Kicking things off is a classic villa perched on the side of a cliff in Sorrento, Italy. Though recently renovated, the nine-bedroom villa sits atop Roman ruins on the same site. It's no wonder this has been a popular site for nearly two millennia, the views of the Med are breathtaking. So, presumably, is the price, if we could get a look at it, it's currently still listed as "price upon request."
