The $363M mortgage that BentleyForbes owes on Atlanta's 1,024-foot-tell Bank of America Plaza has just been transferred to a special servicer, reports the Journal today. The L.A.-based company expected to make $32M a year from its tenants, but only pulled in $26M in 2009. As of Sept. 30, the building was 21 percent vacant. [WSJ]
