Housecleaning Woes? Roomba-Kinect Hybrid Solves the Problem

The New York Times technology blog just published the tale of a Japanese programmer known as Ogutti who has managed to sync Microsoft's Kinect (a high-tech motion controller) with a Roomba, a robotic vacuum. Why? Let's not ask too many questions. The end result, of course, is a cordless vacuum that can be controlled remotely, just by moving your hands and arms. Because using that Roomba remote control makes housekeeping so very difficult, apparently.
