In 2007, the houseboat of a U.K. couple was supposed to be given a six-figure facelift on Grand Designs, one of the country's top decorating shows. Plans went awry, the project was stalled, and the moored boat, which the couple was forced to abandon, has since been hit with three years' worth of vandalism.
