World's Most Livable Cities

For the fifth year in a row, Vancouver has been named the world's most livable city by the Economist Intelligence Unit. Four Australian cities dominated the top 10, while African cities such as Lagos, Nigeria, and Harare, Zimbabwe, held rank at the bottom of the list. [Reuters via Gawker]
