Norm Zada, the billionaire founder of Perfect 10 magazine, sold his enormous contemporary L.A. manse last year for $16M, and it has just been put back on the market for $25M. The place, from Landry Design, boasts 11 bedrooms, an astonishing 18 bathrooms spread over 20,000 square feet, and neon, highly Photoshopped sunsets just like the one shown above.
