The Welsh Assembly Government's fancy, eco-friendly $32M headquarters were officially shut down after "exceptionally high winds" caused some metal sheeting and ducting to come loose from the roof. One other thing: the slate-clad building, which just opened in September, was built with windows meant to withstand bombs.
