Now that decorating diva Martha Stewart has announced a green home-building initiative with KB Builders, one question remains: Who will buy them? Turns out—shocker—green building is expensive, and it's going to take some time for KB to tweak the models so it actually makes sense to sell them. "I’m as energy-efficient a person as you can possibly be, up to a point,” Stewart said to the Wall Street Journal today.
