Derek Jeter's Home Features "Baseball Eclectic" Architecture

New, 3 comments

Not long ago, New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter finished up work on a 30,800-square-foot dream house in Tampa, Fla., setting a record for Hillsborough County building. With enough water frontage for five boats, the estate is "impressive even for New Yorkers," notes Fox News, who recently filmed a video tour of the property. One Realtor interviewed noted that the design blended the "English country house look" with a "big, square, modern roofline," continuing on to describe the place as "baseball eclectic." Will this "baseball eclectic" style of St. Jetersburg steer the course of architectural trends near and far? Only time will tell.
