Looks like the 308th richest person in the world plans to retire the good American old-fashioned way: with some home-grown botanicals and a hunk of brie. Richard A. Hayne, owner of retail giant Urban Outfitters, has plans to build a 400-acre retirement complex in West Marlborough, Pa., a tiny town of less than 1,000 people. But he's not just building a house—he's building a 16,581-square-foot greenhouse that one neighbor likened to a UFO (above right). Oh, and then there's his cheese-making complex, complete with an in-house cheese-maker from Tennessee. Sounds delicious!
