The Tipsy Language of Listings Can Have Up to 10 Exclamation Points

Here's an opinion question: is it more offensive to read "Crippled, No" or see 10 exclamation points in real estate listings? Today Naked Apartment explains the happy-go-lucky, positively drunk descriptors used in NYC apartment listings in the handy infographic shown here. Of the 8,000 reviewed, more than 500 claimed to be "in the heart of" something—in the heart of what, exactly?!—and exactly one quarter contained two exclamation points. Some had many, many more. If only we could do this about the posts we're most excited about!!!!
