Auctions

The estate that once belonged to Panamanian politician Manuel Noriega failed to sell for what officials hoped would be a $2.5M sale at auction yesterday, reports the Washington Post. We're thinking there are probably a million reasons why the government couldn't unload the property, starting with the fact that Noriega used to be a dictator and ending with the fact that the 35,000-square-foot manse is completely dilapidated.
