Crazy Modern Apartment Seems to Have a Thing For Rainbows

Hong Kong-based design firm Moderne has turned an 830-square-foot apartment in Tsuen Wan into a magical, mystical funhouse at the helm of principal designer Max Lam. Make of it what you will, but against what looks like a whimsical Technicolor background are serious pieces of '60s and '70s furniture from designers such as Marc Newson, Erik Magnussen, and Olaf Von Bohr. If Lam's press release is to tell us anything, it's that "[t]he entire concept is inspired by a RAINBOW" and that "[t]he main colours [sic] of this home are green, yellow and red." Well, who knew!
