'NSync boy band bad boy and Dancing With the Stars alumnus Joey Fatone has just relisted his Orlando, Fla., home for $3.9M after an unsuccessful attempt at selling it for $6.5M last September. The estate, built in 1999, has 12,400 square feet of interiors, a movie theater with stadium seating, a garage that accommodates 10 cars, a grotto, and a sushi bar reachable via a footbridge.
