The Venice, Calif., pad that once belonged to Eric Clapton is now listed for $2.5M by the current owner, who happened upon a tape of Clapton jamming out home-style when he purchased the property from the singer/guitarist back in 2003. Apparently the tape is included in the ask—no word whether a tape player is also part of the deal. [Inman via Zillow]
