Today the Wall Street Journal runs a short piece on the Pritzker Realty Group—the family best known for doling out architecture's version of the Nobel Prize each year—which is about to stamp its very famous name on a dozen apartment complexes in the South in a $75M joint venture with TriBridge Group. “The name opens a lot of doors,” said one of TriBridge managing partners.
