His Elle Decor-kissed Chicago condo is still on the market after a series of price chops, yet he's just bought a swanky 3,000-square-foot co-op in NYC's West Village for $3.35M. We're not so into the listing photos—though our cousins over at Curbed NY point out that there may be a bathroom hidden behind a bookcase!—but we're waiting on pins and needles to see what Berkus does with the place.
