Royal Newlyweds Head for Luxe Resort in the Seychelles

After the months of speculation, Prince William and Kate Middleton, now the Duke and Dutchess of Cambridge, have jetted off to the Indian Ocean archipelago of the Seychelles for their honeymoon. So much for that domestic honeymoon we predicted back in March. It seems that with the uptick in the markets and general public adoration for the royal couple, a more extravagant destination than the Isles of Scilly was in order. Though we can't say for sure which of the Seychelles Will and Kate chose for their post-nuptial escape, the Britain's Daily Mail is happy to speculate that they returned to the island of Desroches. The couple had spent some time there four years ago, but are now returning with an even bigger budget, and reportedly splashing out $6,000 per night for one of the villas at the island's sole luxury resort (above).
