Come 2014, Architectural Digest will move from its current HQ in Times Square to 1 World Trade Center. Parent publisher Conde Nast just signed a lease for floors 20 through 41 of the Ground Zero skyscraper at the estimated rate of $2B over 25 years. Of course, to entice the publishing company, building owner Port Authority of New York and New Jersey helped assuage all sorts of fears: "[w]hat would happen if, for instance, a Ralph Lauren wanted to pull up to the building in a limousine. Would he be able to get in?" [NYT]
