Cue the Elton John lyrics—in a circle-of-life moment, YouPorn.com has reportedly made an all-cash offer of $4.5M on Charlie Sheen's just-listed manse. And rightly so; the five-bedroom Mediterranean-style manse has nearly 8,000 square feet of prime romping space, not to to mention a pool area with a private spa. Sheen listed the property for the much higher ask of $7.2M, but accepting the deal may come with its own sort of perks. According to TMZ, "The YouPorn peeps told the [R]ealtor if Sheen accepts the deal, he can hang out at the porno compound as much as he wants." This may indeed be Hollywood's version of the whole Michael Vick's-house-turning-into-an-animal-rights-HQ thing. But what will the fair denizens of fair Beverly Hills have to say about this?
