Jenna Bush Hager, Unable to Sell, Settles on Playing Landlady

When Jenna Bush Hager's Baltimore row house hit the market back in December, we had high hopes—cute space, lots of light, 11-foot ceilings, a two-level roof terrace. Our cousins over at Curbed DC have learned that, after a series of price chops, the 2,000-square-foot building, built in the 1880s, has just been rented out for $2,650 a month. That's still one-hundred buck a month less than its official rental-market ask.
