Amazingly, they found the time to work their magic on their own pied-a-terre, a two-bedroom loft on East 4th Street in NoHo. Now they're moving on and have the place listed for $3.5M, which includes 14 windows, just one bathroom, and all of the custom-made and personally-curated furnishings. The brokerbabble describes it as a "magic environment," but is the magic worth that much coin?
