The modern pre-war imitator at 535 West End Avenue on NYC's Upper West Side has been attracting plenty of high profile attention—A-lister Matt Damon took a look at a $20M full-floor apartment back in September. The premier penthouse in the building has finally come to market and it puts the potential Damon purchase to shame. Measuring a whopping 13,779-square-feet, the triplex has no fewer than nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, plus 2,400-square-feet of roof terrace. Pictures have yet to hit the web, but the floorplans are enough to drool over for now. Originally intended as a personal residence for the project's developer, Extell head Gary Barnett, the sky-high sprawler is now on the market for $37.5M.
