Apparently the Tower of London is one big, fat weed farm: there's a whole ring of guards that grow pot and rent rooms out to female tourists. The whistleblower on all this reefer madness is none other than Major General Keith Cima, who was fired from the Tower in December. [Daily Mail via Gawker]
