Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen has re-listed Allan Island—yes, "Allan" with an "a"—a 292-acre private island off the coast of Washington State, for $13.5M. The billionaire businessman purchased the island in 1992 in hopes of building his dream home and first listed it for $25M in 2005; the land boasts a log home, an airstrip, a dock, 44 tax lots, views of the Olympic Mountains, and, of course, beaches. Just a drop in the bucket for Allen and his already-massive real estate portfolio.
